You must be at least 13 years old to use Ink & Wine. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.

By posting content, you grant Ink & Wine a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content to other members of your club as part of the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.
AI-generated content (polished endings, narrations, discussion guides) is created using your input and is provided for your personal and club use. You may use AI-generated content freely.

Clubs on Ink & Wine are private. Content shared within a club is only visible to club members. Club admins can invite new members via invite code. We do not make club content publicly accessible or searchable.
Ink & Wine uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI for features including:
AI-generated content may not always be accurate. The AI companion may occasionally produce incorrect information about books, characters, or plot details. AI-generated narrations are synthetic speech and should not be represented as human narration.
Your interactions with AI features are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI). Please review their terms and privacy policies.
Ink & Wine is currently provided free of charge. All features are available to all users. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future, but existing free features will not be retroactively placed behind a paywall without notice.
We strive to keep Ink & Wine available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at al.garciaa10@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed. Content you shared within clubs (posts, notes, ratings) may remain visible to other club members as part of the club's history.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Ink & Wine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink & Wine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which is currently $0, since the Service is free).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
